Randie Hughes of Achieve Balance T'ai Chi Academy is teaching this three session course in traditional Yang style T'ai Chi. T'ai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise and martial art, performed in slow motion to help improve balance, coordination, promote relaxation, and reduce stress. You will learn to relax your muscles of unneeded tension and loosen the joints as you slowly move from one posture to another. Adults (18+) of all ages welcome! Sneakers are recommended.
