The owners of Ballantyne Gardens, a local garden center located in Liverpool, will teach participants how to create holiday wreaths from fresh greenery. The $25.00 materials fee includes the frame, greens, and materials for decorating. Payment is due on day of event. This program is offsite at Runnings on Route 31 in Clay.
